Returns and Refunds

For Shopify orders, cancellations are available before shipment. After shipment, refund or replacement requests are reviewed case by case.

If a book arrives damaged or defective, contact Wolf Den Publishing within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Preorders and backorders may be cancelled before shipment if the customer no longer wants to wait.

Amazon orders must be handled through Amazon order support.

School, library, and bulk orders are handled manually. Refund terms are confirmed before invoice or draft order payment.
